Meineke Car Care Center

Meineke has been my place to go to for regular car maintenance. I’ve tried other places and I have felt that Meineke has done the best job. They provide me with a list of what my vehicle needs along with educational videos that have allowed me to do some things myself. Plus, Leona was such a sweet person to talk to. I really appreciated her giving me the information and helping me with my appointment. She is such a happy girl. Again, front desk service is amazing and maintenance done by mechanics is exceptional. I will continue to bring my vehicles to Meineke

The Provo location was the best auto service I’ve ever been to! Leona did an outstanding job with answering my questions and communicating with me about my car! Everyone there treated me like family during the whole process! They are very professional and they gave me an awesome deal! I definitely will go back and I highly recommend going if your car needs repairing!

Drove all the way from Salt Lake just to see them for a pre purchase inspection. This place was highly recommended from my brother for looking at hybrid vehicles, and I could not be happier with my service and experience here. I scheduled an appointment ahead and it was very easy to coordinate. They got me taken care of much faster than I expected and sent a detailed pdf breakdown of the full report (with pictures of each part of the car!). When I came by to pick up the car they read off the full carfax report and gave me an honest assessment and read on it. Definitely worth the drive and I will be trusting them with all my repair and car needs from here on out. Cannot recommend them enough after just my initial experience!

I have been a loyal customer here for probably five years. I never want to go anywhere else. Lindsey always thoroughly explains what's going on and she never upsells us. She definitely helps us save money while keeping our car running.

Lindsey is my absolute favorite mechanic. They are honest, communicative, and always make me feel like a valued customer. When my engine light was being stubborn and the first fix didn’t work, they had me bring the van back in and covered everything under warranty, without even charging for the new part. I never go anywhere else.
